目的探讨埃索美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染的临床疗效。方法 126例患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予埃索美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗。评价两组的HP根除率以及两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组HP根除率95.24%,对照组HP根除率82.54%。治疗组恶心、腹胀、口苦3例,排气增多2例;对照组恶心、腹胀、口苦4例,排气增多2例。结论埃索美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林三联疗法治疗HP感染,效果满意,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin triple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group given esomeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin treatment, the control group was treated with omeprazole. HP eradication rates and adverse reactions in both groups were evaluated. Results The treatment group HP eradication rate was 95.24%, control group HP eradication rate was 82.54%. The treatment group was nausea, abdominal distension, mouth pain in 3 cases, increased exhaust in 2 cases; the control group nausea, abdominal distension, mouth pain in 4 cases, increased exhaust in 2 cases. Conclusion Esomeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin triple therapy for HP infection, with satisfactory results, worthy of clinical promotion.
