近年来,可持续发展逐步受到世界各国的普遍重视,可持续基础设施成为基建市场发展的新趋势。2016年,中国对外承包工程商会(以下简称:承包商会)推出《中国企业海外可持续基础设施项目指引(公示稿)》(以下简称:《指引》),推动中资企业境外基础设施建设的可持续性。借此,本刊专访中国对外承包工程商会副会长王禾,请她为读者讲解企业境外可持续基础设施建设现状,介绍《指引》内容及推动进程,并向企业提出可持续基础设施发展建议。
In recent years, sustainable development has gradually gained the universal attention of all countries in the world and sustainable infrastructure has become a new trend in infrastructure market development. In 2016, China Chamber of Commerce for International Contractors (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor Association”) launched the Guidelines on Overseas Sustainable Infrastructure Projects for Chinese Enterprises (Draft) (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”) to promote the overseas infrastructure construction of Chinese-funded enterprises Persistent.
