沈阳市五一中学是辽宁省东陵区唯一的一所全日制国有民办完全中学,是东陵区三所重点学校之一。学校设施齐全,有闭路电视网和千伏校园网,拥有高标准的多功能教室、现代化的语音室、电子图书室,还有心理教育中心和现代信息技术中心。学校教师始终努力从“仪表、言谈、行为、工作”四个方面树立五一中学的形象,弘扬以“敬业精神、奉献精神、专研精神、创新精神”为内容的五一精神,本着“为了一切学生,为了学生的一切”的宗旨,以“发展个性,创造科学,追求卓越”为培养目标,内抓质量,外树形象,在创建五个“一流”名牌学校的进程中积极进行教育探索,努力实践教育创新。
