目的通过对四川省汶川县疾控中心人力资源状况盘点与分析,为其他民族地区县级疾控中心建设与发展提供参考与借鉴。方法采取问卷调查、深入访谈、座谈会等方式采集信息,并使用EPIDATA系统进行数据录入与分析。结果汶川县疾控中心现有职工33人,其中卫生技术人员31人(93.94%),工勤人员2人(6.06%)。年龄构成中间大,两头小,呈“橄榄”状,工作年限在10~29年期间最多,大专以上学历占总人数88.88%,其中大学本科为39.40%,中初级职称占总人数91.91%,初级职称占总人数57.58%,公共卫生和卫生检验类仅占总人数45.45%。结论汶川县疾控中心专业结构不合理,不能满足当前疾病预防控制工作需要,亟需提高人员专业素质,优化人员结构,稳定疾控人才队伍。
Objective Through the inventory and analysis of the human resource status of the CDC in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, this paper provides references for the construction and development of county CDC in other ethnic areas. Methods A questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, seminars and other ways to collect information, and the use of EPIDATA system for data entry and analysis. Results The Wenchuan CDC has 33 employees, including 31 health technicians (93.94%) and 2 workers (6.06%). The middle of the age structure, two small, was “Olive ” shape, working years in the period of 10 to 29 years, college education accounted for the total number of 88.88%, of which 39.40% undergraduate, junior professional titles in the total number of 91.91% , Primary titles accounted for 57.58% of the total number, public health and health inspection category accounted for only 45.45% of the total number. Conclusion The professional structure of Wenchuan County CDC is irrational and can not meet the current needs of disease prevention and control. There is an urgent need to improve the professional quality of personnel, optimize the personnel structure and stabilize the disease control and control personnel.
