反渗透在饮用水系统方面的应用广泛,而膜污染问题是该项技术发展的限制因素。本文作者系以工程实例中遇到的问题为研究起因,实践观察研究了不同水温下化学清洗后的膜产水量及脱盐率变化。从上述研究中作者得到的结论:应用于饮用水系统的反渗透膜,适用于碱洗与酸洗相结合的化学清洗方法。同时实验表明,反渗透膜产水量随水温的升高而增加,脱盐率随水温的升高而降低。
Reverse osmosis is widely used in drinking water systems, and membrane fouling is a limiting factor in the development of this technology. The author of this article is a project example of the problems encountered in the study for the study, the actual observation of the water temperature at different water temperatures after chemical washing and desalination rate changes. From the above study, the authors have concluded that the reverse osmosis membrane used in drinking water systems is suitable for chemical cleaning methods that combine alkali washing with pickling. At the same time experiments show that reverse osmosis membrane water production increases with the increase of water temperature, the desalination rate decreases with the increase of water temperature.
