目的筛选抗焦虑中药材,为临床配伍应用提供依据。方法雄性小鼠63只,随机分为生理盐水组、地西泮组、红景天组、天麻组、熟地黄组、冬虫夏草组。地西泮组前3天灌胃0.9%NaCl溶液,后4天灌胃地西泮;各中药组分别灌胃相应的中药提取液或口服药,生理盐水组灌胃等容积的0.9%NaCl溶液。连续干预7天后开始进行小鼠联合开场行为检测。结果中央区活动时间比较:地西泮组和红景天组与生理盐水组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),熟地黄组亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),而天麻组和虫草组无显著性差异(P>0.05);中央区活动路程比较:除虫草组与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)以外,其余各组均有显著性差异(P<0.01);穿梭时间比较:地西泮组、红景天组和天麻组与生理盐水组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),熟地黄组亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),而虫草组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。探洞次数比较:地西泮组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)、红景天组和天麻组亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),而熟地黄组和虫草组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论红景天抗焦虑效果最稳定,天麻和熟地黄亦有一定抗焦虑效果,而虫草口服液无明显抗焦虑效果。
Objective To screen anti-anxiety Chinese herbal medicines and provide basis for clinical compatibility application. Methods Sixty-three male mice were randomly divided into normal saline group, diazepam group, rhodiola group, tianma group, rehmannia glutinosa group and cordyceps sinensis group. Diazepam group was administrated with 0.9% NaCl solution 3 days before the first 3 days, and sterilized with Xiqiao 4 days later; each Chinese medicine group was given the corresponding Chinese herbal extract or oral drug, and the normal saline group was administered with 0.9% NaCl solution of equal volume. . After 7 consecutive days of intervention, the joint opening behavior test of mice was started. Results Comparison of the activity time in the central area: There was significant difference between the diazepam group and the rhodiola group and the saline group (P<0.01), and there was also a significant difference in the Rehmannia root group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Cordyceps group (P>0.05); the activity distance in the central area was compared: Except for Cordyceps group and normal saline group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), all other groups had significant differences (P<0.01). Shuttle time comparison: There was a significant difference between the diazepam group, Rhodiola group and the Tianma group compared with the saline group (P<0.01), and there was also a significant difference in the Rehmannia Root group (P<0.05), while Cordyceps group No significant difference (P>0.05). Comparison of number of caverns: There was a significant difference between the diazepam group and the saline group (P<0.01), and there was also a significant difference between the Rhodiola group and the Tianma group (P<0.05), while there was no difference between the Rehitai group and the Cordyceps group. Significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The anti-anxiety effect of Rhodiola rosea is the most stable, and Gastrodia elata and Rehmannia glutinosa have some anxiolytic effects, while Cordyceps oral solution has no obvious anxiolytic effect.
