本讲主要介绍商标设计的程序。这里所说的商标设计程序是指一般的设计步骤和过程。 1.来源作为一个设计来说,决不是盲目的,先设计后看谁要;而是首先取决于任务的来源,根据需求单位的性质、特点或产品的情况,拟出设计的诸有条件和应考虑的因素,而后再进行具体的设计。 2.调查根据商标或标志设计的任务来源及设计对象的形成可能趋向,进行具体的调查工作。主要的资料是同类或近类商品或商品单位已有的商标、标志情况,以免出现重复性设计。同时还要掌握
