鸣山大枣,果大,质脆甜,品质极优,被列为国家名优品种。因母树仅有一株,且根孽极少,接穗有限,所以难以迅速繁殖推广。本试验应用组织培养的方法拟提高它的繁殖系数。从1983年开始,对基本培养基,激素,无机成分,有机营养等因素进行了大量的研究。筛选出:H_94是鸣山大枣发芽、生根适宜的培养基,繁殖系数可达3,单芽年繁殖量在50万株左右。H_(66-1)是发丛生芽的适宜培养基,繁殖系数为4,年繁殖量可达1677万株以上,将对鸣山大枣的繁殖推广起重要的作用。
Ming mountain jujube, large fruit, crisp sweet, excellent quality, was listed as national famous varieties. Because only one mother tree, and very few root sin, scion limited, it is difficult to promote rapid breeding. This experiment uses tissue culture method to increase its coefficient of propagation. Since 1983, a great deal of research has been done on basic media, hormones, inorganic components and organic nutrition. Screening out: H_94 is Ming jujube germination, rooting suitable medium, the reproductive coefficient of up to 3, single bud reproduction in 500000 or so. H_ (66-1) is a suitable medium for shoots budding, breeding coefficient of 4, the annual reproductive capacity of up to 16.77 million, will play an important role in the propagation of Mingshan jujube.
