恶性疟原虫有性生殖的机理近年来日渐受到重视,已有人报告体外培养出未成熟的配子体,本文则报告了培养出形态上成熟的配子体,开创了一个深入研究恶性疟原虫生活史的新领域。
The mechanism of sexual reproduction of Plasmodium falciparum has drawn increasing attention in recent years. It has been reported that immature gametophytes are cultivated in vitro. This article reports the development of morphologically mature gametophytes and a new area for further study of the life history of Plasmodium falciparum .
