为了创建我国高校的“211”工程,受国家教委委托,中国科学技术信息研究所于1993年5月公布了《世界高校论文产出排名榜》。该榜是以美国科学情报所(ISI)编辑出版的《科学引文索引》(SCI)上所收录的我国高校1989～1991年发表的论文,进行计量排序而得。石家庄铁道学院已连续二年榜上有名。现将其收录的贵校论文数及其在全国全省和全路的排位列出如下表所示。
In order to create the “211” project of China’s universities and colleges, commissioned by the State Education Commission, China Institute of Science and Technology Information released the “Ranking of Papers Published by Universities in the World” in May 1993. The list is based on the scientific papers published by the Scientific Information Institute (ISI) edited and published in the “Science Citation Index” (SCI) contained in China’s colleges and universities published in 1989 to 1991, the paper was ranked by measurement. Shijiazhuang Railway Institute has been listed for two consecutive years. Now your papers included in your school and its ranking in the province and across the country are listed in the table below.
