研究中央空调室内气传微生物浓度及粒度分布的特点,以助于评价气传微生物的风险及为气传微生物采样与净化方法的改进提供参考。应用粒子计数器和Andersen6级微生物采样器比较了室内外总气传粒子及微生物粒子的浓度与粒度分布,并比较了不同大小粒子数量的相对比例。室外的粒子总数高于室内,但室内小粒度粒子数相对浓度高于室外。室内活微生物粒子数低于室外,但细菌粒子数高于室外。粒度小于3.3μm的可吸入细菌粒子数室内是室外的4倍。总粒子和活微生物粒子粒度分布的明显区别是:小粒度粒子多于大粒度粒子,而小粒度微生物粒子则少于大粒度微生物粒子。
To study the characteristics of airborne micro-organisms concentration and particle size distribution in central air-conditioners to help evaluate the risk of airborne microorganisms and provide reference for the improvement of airborne micro-organism sampling and purification methods. The particle size distribution and the concentration and particle size distribution of total airborne particles and microbial particles in indoor and outdoor air were compared by particle counter and Andersen6 microbiological sampler. The relative proportions of different size particles were compared. The total number of outdoor particles is higher than indoor, but indoor relative density of small particles is higher than outdoor. The indoor living microbial population is lower than outdoor, but the number of bacteria is higher than outdoor. The number of respirable bacteria with particle size less than 3.3μm is 4 times outdoors indoors. The obvious difference between the particle size distribution of total and live microbial particles is that the small particle size is larger than the large particle size and the small particle size is smaller than the large particle size.
