上一个五年计划期间,苏联曾用节约资源工艺和自动化设备,对机械制造业各部门的铸造系统进行技术改造和设备更新。但进展速度不快,特别是在试制自动生产线、装备自动生产工段、试制自动综全设备及工业机器人等方面进展尤为缓慢。铸造生产劳动生产率增长速度极低,许多铸造车间仍然在使用性能落后或严重磨损的设备。新生产出的铸造设备中有相当一部份的技术水平和制造质量,不符合现代铸造生产要求。
During the last five-year plan, the Soviet Union used technology and automation equipment to save resources and make technological innovations and equipment updates on foundry systems in various sectors of the machinery manufacturing industry. However, the pace of progress is not fast, especially in the trial production line, automatic production equipment section, trial production of automatic comprehensive equipment and industrial robots progress is particularly slow. Casting Production Labor Productivity is growing at a very low rate, and many foundries are still using equipment that is poorly performing or heavily worn. Newly produced casting equipment has a considerable part of the technical level and manufacturing quality, does not meet the requirements of modern casting production.
