利用高效液相方法观察了氯化钾对培养人神经母细胞瘤细胞系(SHSY5Y)细胞谷氨酸释放的影响。发现:当培养液中存在钙离子时,一定浓度的氯化钾(10~30mmol/L)可使SHSY5Y细胞谷氨酸释放增加,但氯化钾浓度超过40mmol/L时,谷氨酸释放增加不明显;当培养液中没有钙离子时,氯化钾不能使SHSY5Y细胞谷氨酸释放明显增加。结果表明氯化钾对SHSY5Y细胞释放谷氨酸的作用与钙离子相关
The effect of potassium chloride on glutamate release from cultured human neuroblastoma cell line (SH-SY5Y) was observed by HPLC. It was found that when calcium ions are present in the culture medium, a certain concentration of potassium chloride (10-30 mmol/L) can increase the release of glutamic acid from SH-SY5Y cells, but when the concentration of potassium chloride exceeds 40 mmol/L, glutamic acid is found. The increase in release was not significant; when calcium ions were not present in the culture fluid, potassium chloride could not significantly increase glutamate release from SH-SY5Y cells.
