研制了人胎盘催乳素(HPL)放射免疫分析试剂盒,并应用于临床。采用氯胺-T碘化标记法制备125I-HPL方法的灵敏度为0,05μg/mL(95%可信度),批内及批间变异系数分别为4.3%~9.4%和6.7%~12.4%,回收率为95%~105%。检测的170份不同孕周的孕妇血清,HPL水平与临床相符。该试剂盒具有灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好、操作简单、反应时间短等特点。用其检测孕妇血清的HPL含量,能证实:HPL与胎盘功能及胎儿发育具有非常密切的关系,同时对某些肿瘤的诊断也具有重要意义。
A human placental prolactin (HPL) radioimmunoassay kit was developed and used in clinical practice. The sensitivity of the 125I-HPL method using the chloramine-T iodinated labeling method was 0,05 μg/mL (95% confidence), and the intra- and inter-assay variation coefficients were 4.3% to 9.4% and 6 respectively. From 7% to 12.4%, the recovery rate was 95% to 105%. Serum levels of HPL in 170 pregnant women of different gestational ages tested were consistent with clinical findings. The kit is characterized by high sensitivity, high specificity, good stability, simple operation and short reaction time. Using it to detect HPL levels in maternal serum can confirm that: HPL has a very close relationship with placental function and fetal development, and it also has important significance in the diagnosis of certain tumors.
