普鲁本辛是一种较重要的抗胆硷药,现行的分析标准为非水滴定法。此外,尚有液相色谱法、原子吸收光度法、荧光法、电极法等。本文用PVC膜(内含四苯硼酸-鲁本辛电活性物质)修饰的铂片电极为指示电极,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,以四苯硼钠标准溶液作滴定剂,对普鲁本辛进行零电流示波电位滴定,示波器荧光屏上的荧光点最大位移指示终点。该方法简便准确、快速直观,终点电位突跃明显。
