从2009年春节过后,海南省人才劳动力市场外临时搭建起来的简易棚就一直保留至今。2月份每周2次的人才交流会,场场爆满。而在往年,这样密集的招聘会最多维持2周,就已吸引不了太多人。这种在往年从未出现过的情形,让随着国际金融危机影响的逐步深入而凸显的就业压力,从无形变成有形,摆在各级党委、政府的面前。就业关乎民生大计,关乎社会的和谐稳定,如何采取有效措施促进就业,已经成为2009年最大的民生问题。3月3日,记者就我省当前保就业工作进行了“探班”。

Employment related to people's livelihood, relating to social harmony and stability, how to take effective measures to promote employment, has become 2009's largest livelihood issues. On March 3, the reporter conducted a “probationary inspection” on the current employment security work in our province.
