应届大学生是企业新员工中的一个特殊群体。如今,中小企业到岗才几个月的大学生纷纷“跳槽”的现象越来越普遍。企业花费了一定的人力、物力、财力,辛辛苦苦招来补充空缺岗位的大学生突然就离开了公司,不仅会加大企业不必要的成本,更严重的还可能打乱企业的某项商业计划,甚至导致计划的最终失败。作为中小企业应该怎样做才能留住大学生,减少企业的成本和风险呢?
Fresh college students are a special group of new employees. Nowadays, college graduates who have only been a few months after the SMEs have been “changed” have become more and more common.
