TGA can be caused by a variety of causes. The authors report three cases of TGA associated with migraine of basilar artery and discuss it. Example 1 Female, 48 years old. Suffering from episodic throbbing headaches for 30 years and having a family history of migraine. Sudden onset of vertigo with nausea, vomiting and migraine on the right.
