一、选题的依据(一)根据国家体委(85)体训竞二字102号文件关于“第二届全国手球训练工作会议纪要”的通知,其中明确提出:“责成国家队和手协科研委员会,尽快制订出手球运动员的素质标准,经手协教练委员会审定后,报国家体委批准实施。凡不能达到既定标准的运动员(队伍),酌情给予扣减积分的罚则(具体方案由手协、教委、裁委会研究提出)”。(二)选择适当的专项素质测验前予以测定,可了解被测运动员的身体机能和训练水平;利用测验获得信息,给以正确评价,则对制订训练计划、选择训练手段,指导运动实践都具有实际意义;它又可作为改进训练工作的依据。
