卡氏肺孢了虫肺炎(PCP)是艾滋病(AIDS)的常见表现,放射学上常呈两侧弥漫性浸润和组织学上含生物体囊肿的细胞内泡沫样、嗜酸性渗出物,但PCP 在胸片表现为结节的报道罕见,作者报告了3例AIDS 合并表现为肉芽肿的PCP。
Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP) is a common manifestation of AIDS and is often characterized by diffuse infiltration of both flanks and intracellular foam-like, eosinophilic exudates histologically containing biological cysts PCP in chest X-ray showed nodules rarely reported, the authors reported three cases of AIDS with granuloma PCP.
