During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, the development of ports should adapt to the new economic normal and firmly establish the development concept of “innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing” in regional development. So that the port plays a greater role in building a unified national market, integrating into global economic activities, deepening reform and opening up more fields.
