[目的]观察清眩方治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对50住院及门诊患者使用清眩方:钩藤30g,菊花15g,生地、熟地各20g,龙骨30g,枸杞、黄芩各12g,地龙6g,葛根15g,随证加减:头痛加川芎15g;舌红苔黄,口干加夏枯草、麦冬各12g;胸闷胸痛加红花6g,三七粉3g;眠差加酸枣仁、夜交藤各30g,水煎300mL,1剂/d,2次/d。根据平日血压,硝苯地平30mg/次,1次/d,口服;氨氯地平5mg/次,1次/d,口服;缬沙坦(80mg/次,1次/d,口服;复方利血平氨苯蝶啶,1片/次,1次/d,口服;吲达帕胺2.5mg/次,1次/d,口服。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压变化、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效28例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率92%。[结伦]清眩方治疗高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
