市场经济的发展是社会进步的体现,现代化的市场经济要求企业的经营管理模式要有新的特色与亮点。在我国70%以上的企业都是制造业,那么制造业的发展对我国的经济建设起着决定性作用,因此制造业的经营管理倍受关注。充分发挥制造业的内控管理作用对其企业的健康发展起到积极的推动作用,这是因为加强与完善制造企业内控建设来改变内部环境去适应外部发展,从而有利于提高企业自身的竞争力与凝聚力,最终达到征服客户、占领市场的目的。但是随着市场经济的需求,制造企业内控管理存在的问题在实际工作中逐步显现,并较大程度地影响了企业的良性循环与发展。因此本文想从制造企业内控的设计与运行等方面浅谈下自己的肤浅看法,希望有助于制造企业今后的经营管理工作的提高。
The development of market economy is the embodiment of social progress. The modern market economy requires that enterprises have new characteristics and bright spots in the operation and management mode. More than 70% of the enterprises in our country are manufacturing industries, so the development of manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in the economic construction of our country. Therefore, the management of the manufacturing industry has drawn much attention. Give full play to the internal control of manufacturing industry play a positive role in promoting the healthy development of their enterprises, which is because strengthening and improving the internal control of manufacturing enterprises to change the internal environment to adapt to external development, which will help improve their own competitiveness and Cohesion, and ultimately to conquer the customer, occupy the market’s purpose. However, with the demand of the market economy, the problems existing in the internal control of manufacturing enterprises gradually appear in the actual work and have a significant impact on the virtuous circle and development of the enterprises. Therefore, this article wants to discuss its own superficial view from the design and operation of manufacturing internal control, hoping to help manufacturing enterprises in the future management and improvement.
