本文对昆明市市售五类食品中蜡样芽胞杆菌的污染状况及其抗药性进行了调查。五类食品中蜡菌的总检出率为19.20%;其中以奶制品的检出率最高,为41.20%;每克食物含菌量多在10~2~10~4之间,污染程度虽不太高,但却较广泛存在。生物学分型以2,8,及10型为主,可分型率为97.65%;血清学分型可分型率为92.98%,以3型最多,1型次之。奶制品中生物2、8型占54.55%,血清1型占36.36%,值得关注。分离菌株对红霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素、链霉素和卡那霉素均高度敏感。
In this paper, five kinds of foodstuffs in Kunming City, the status of Bacillus cereus pollution and drug resistance were investigated.
