以回顾日本宪法学界2009年的研究状况为目的的本文,将对于2009年一年来在日本出版的宪法学著作以及在各种主要法学刊物发表的宪法学论文进行概要总结~①,以有助于国内读者对于日本宪法学最近的研究状况、发展趋势有一个大体的认识。以下,在对于围绕日本宪法学发展的最新动态进行简单概括后,将根据作者的判断筛选代表性的宪法学著作、论文介绍其内容,必要时附加简要评述~②。
This article, a review of the status of research in Japan’s constitutional law school in 2009, summarizes constitutional works published in Japan in the year of 2009 and constitutional essays published in various major journals of law, to help Domestic readers have a general understanding of the recent research status and development trend of Japanese constitutional law. Following a brief summary of the latest developments around the development of constitutional science in Japan, we will screen representative constitutional works according to the author’s judgment. The paper will introduce its contents and, if necessary, attach a concise commentary.
