目的]阐述自膨式金属内支架(SEMS)在治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄中的应用价值。[方法]采用自膨式不带膜镍钛记忆合金金属内支架22枚 ,在X线监视下 ,标定狭窄部位 ,并对22例食管癌术后狭窄区行球囊扩张后置入SEMS。[结果]SEMS置入术 ,成功率100%。术后病人的吞咽功能均得到明显恢复 ,吞咽困难由术前的Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级改善到0级 ,并无严重并发症出现 ,大大提高了病人的生存质量。[结论]应用SEMS治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄 ,选用不带膜镍钛合金金属内支架有固定、伸展好 ,弹性强 ,柔韧性较好和不易移位的优点。这是一种操作简便、安全 ,疗效明显、快捷的介入治疗新方法
Objective] To describe the application value of self-expanding metal stent (SEMS) in the treatment of anastomotic stenosis of postoperative esophageal cancer. [Methods] Twenty-two self-expandable nickel-titanium alloy metal stents were used to calibrate the stenosis site under X-ray monitoring. Twenty-two patients with postoperative stenosis of esophageal cancer underwent balloon dilatation and placed in SEMS. [Results] SEMS implantation, the success rate of 100%. Postoperative swallowing function of patients have been significantly recovered, dysphagia from preoperative Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade improved to 0, no serious complications, greatly improving the quality of life of patients. [Conclusion] The application of SEMS in the treatment of esophageal cancer anastomotic stenosis, the use of non-nickel-titanium alloy stent with a fixed, good stretch, strong elasticity, good flexibility and not easy to shift the advantages. This is a simple, safe, effective and rapid interventional treatment of new methods
