针对目前降失水剂粘度大、易增稠、抗盐能力差等问题,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)、衣康酸(IA)为聚合单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合方法合成了适用于海水水泥浆体系的降失水剂AMPS/DMAA/IA。通过红外光谱分析,各单体成功参与聚合反应,经热重分析,三元共聚物AMPS/DMAA/IA耐温可达320℃。经水泥浆性能测试表明,该降失水剂具有优良的降失水性能,抗盐可达饱和;在海水水泥浆体系稠化曲线平稳,无“鼓包”、“包芯”现象;低温下,随着加量增加,对水泥石抗压强度影响较小,无超缓凝现象,在海水水泥浆中具有良好的综合性能。
Aiming at the problems of large viscosity, easy thickening and poor salt resistance of the present water-reducing agent, AMPS, DMAA, N-dimethylacrylamide, Itaconic acid (IA) is a polymeric monomer, and AMPS / DMAA / IA as a fluid loss additive for seawater slurry system was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization. Through the infrared spectrum analysis, all the monomers were successfully involved in the polymerization. The thermostability of the terpolymer AMPS / DMAA / IA was 320 ℃. The performance test of the slurry shows that the fluid loss additive has excellent water loss performance and salt resistance up to saturation. In the seawater slurry system, the thickening curve is smooth and there is no “bulge” or “core” phenomenon; at low temperature, With the increase of dosage, it has little effect on compressive strength of cement stone, no super-retarding phenomenon and good comprehensive performance in seawater slurry.
