作者调查了北美高等学院目前教授全口义齿衬垫的方法。为此,作者向北美69所牙学院活动修复系主任各寄去一封调查信,其中57所牙学院寄来了回信。作者根据这57所牙学院所寄回的资料将全口义齿衬垫11个项目的调查结果归纳如下,并在各个项目中作了小结。 1.取衬垫印模之前,将全口义齿从口中摘下的小时数大部分牙学院(28所)要求将全口义齿从口中摘下24小时后在患者口中取模,9所学院要求48小时后,4所学院要求48小时以上。6所学院不要求患者休息。8所学院要求休息1小时、8小时或12小时不等。
The authors investigated how North American colleges currently teach complete denture liners. To this end, the author sent a letter of inquiry to the Head of Department of Rehabilitation of 69 Dental Colleges in North America, of which 57 dental schools sent a reply. Based on the data sent back by 57 dental schools, the authors summarize the findings of 11 projects of complete denture liners and summarize them in various projects. 1. The number of hours a full denture was taken from the mouth prior to liner impression Most dentistry schools (28) required a complete denture in the patient's mouth 24 hours after removal of the complete denture from the mouth. Nine college requirements After 48 hours, four colleges require more than 48 hours. 6 colleges do not require patients to rest. 8 colleges require a rest for 1 hour, 8 hours or 12 hours.
