1984年初召开的全国科技情报工作会议以及随后报经国务院批准的《关于加强全国科技情报工作的意见》,都进一步明确了科技情报工作必须有效地为经济建设服务的方针,并强调了生产科技情报、技术经济情报和市场情报的重大意义,要求科技情报工作扩大和延伸自己的活动和服务范围,从而赋予科技情报工作以新的内容和动力。因此,传统的情报工作方式显然已不适应,必须进行改革。开拓技术
