矾山磷矿地处冀西北丘陵山区,供水工程设计规模为1.5万m~3/d,水源地位于矿区西北23km处的桑干河与大洋河交汇处的冲积扇上,建深井取水.水源地与中间高位水池地面高差达385m.该工程采用长距离高扬程水泵闭路串联供水,仅用两级加压泵站就将水提升到中间高位水池,不仅节省了基建投资,而且降低了运行费.在设计中采用水箱向空穴点注水消除水锤;设排气缓冲水箱实现一级泵和二级泵自动协调工作.投产后的运行情况表明设计是成功的.
Lushan Phosphorus Mine is located in the hilly region of northwest Yunnan. The water supply project has a design scale of 15,000 m3/d. The water source is located on the alluvial fan at the intersection of the Sanggan River and the Dayan River, 23 km northwest of the mining area. The deep wells are built to take water. The height difference between the ground and the middle high pool reaches 385m. This project adopts a long distance and high head water pump closed circuit series water supply. Only two-stage pressure pumping station lifts the water to the middle high level pool, which not only saves the infrastructure investment, but also reduces the operation. Fei.
