论述了在1540℃温度下,烧结制备高铝钒土泡沫陶瓷过滤片的工艺及最佳配比。采用高铝钒土过滤片对可锻铸铁及不锈钢铸件进行了过滤试验。结果表明,过滤能显著降低铸铁件废品率,过滤后铸件力学性能有显著改善。
The process and optimum proportion of high alumina bauxite ceramic foam filter sintered at 1540 ℃ are discussed. High alumina bauxite filter was used to filter the malleable cast iron and stainless steel castings. The results show that filtration can significantly reduce the reject rate of cast iron, casting mechanical properties after significant improvement.
