我国保税区于上世纪九十年代开始设立,经过多年发展实力不断增强,在我国国际贸易、招商引资、技术引入、带动产业发展等方面发挥了重大的作用。但随着我国加入WTO,基于经济全球化的视角下,我国的保税区工作也需要改革转型。本文主要分析了我国当下保税区的特点及存在的问题,强调了保税区工作升级转型的重要意义,并对保税区的功能和模式转型提出了见解。
China’s bonded area was established in the 1990s. After years of development, its strength has been continuously enhanced. It has played an important role in China’s international trade, investment promotion, technology introduction and industrial development. However, with China’s accession to the WTO, based on the perspective of economic globalization, the work of China’s bonded area also needs reform and transformation. This article mainly analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the bonded area at present in our country, emphasizes the significance of the upgrading and transformation of the bonded area, and puts forward the opinions on the function and mode transformation of the bonded area.
