目的:通过调查某砖厂生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素的分布及浓度,针对性分析控制职业病危害因素的措施,探索该行业职业病危害控制现状。方法:通过问卷调查与现场检测对该砖厂进行职业病危害现状评价。结果:出窑操作工、搅匀操作工接触作业场所空气中粉尘浓度超过职业接触限值;各岗位接触噪声强度均低于85dB(A),符合国家标准;各岗位接触一氧化碳及二氧化碳等化学有害因素浓度均低于职业接触限值。结论:该项目中职业病防治措施基本有效,职业病预防措施还需进一步改进,使职业病控制效果能进一步达到国家职业病标准。
Objective: To investigate the distribution and concentration of occupational hazards that exist in the production process of a brick factory, analyze the measures to control the occupational hazards and explore the status quo of occupational hazards control in this industry. Methods: The status quo of occupational diseases in this brick factory was evaluated by questionnaire survey and on-site inspection. Results: The dust concentration in the air of the operator who worked out the kiln exceeded the occupational exposure limit; the contact noise intensity of all the posts was less than 85dB (A), which met the national standards; chemical exposure of all posts to carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide Factor concentrations are lower than the occupational exposure limit. Conclusion: The occupational disease prevention and control measures in this project are basically effective and the prevention measures of occupational diseases need to be further improved so that the effect of occupational disease control can further reach the national occupational disease standard.
