目的:研究谷胱甘肽S-转移酶P1(glutathione S-transferase P1,GSTP1)在唾液腺腺样囊性癌(salivary adenoidcystic carcinoma,SACC)中的表达,探讨其与SACC的临床病理特征及肿瘤发生的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测51例SACC和18例瘤旁腺体中GSTP1的蛋白表达,分析GSTP1表达与SACC临床病理特征之间的关系。采用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:GSTP1在SACC肿瘤组织中的表达显著高于瘤旁腺体(P<0.05)。在SACC肿瘤组织中,GSTP1表达的高低与组织学分级显著相关(P<0.05),在组织学3级中的表达高于1、2级。在组织学1级中,GSTP1主要在胞核表达,但随着组织学分级的升高,GSTP1在胞质中表达显著增加(P=0.022)。结论:GSTP1的高表达及在肿瘤细胞不同部位表达与SACC的发生、肿瘤细胞分化相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of glutathione S-transferase P1 (GSTP1) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) and its clinicopathological characteristics and tumorigenesis Relationship. Methods: The protein expression of GSTP1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 51 cases of SACC and 18 cases of parathyroid glands. The relationship between GSTP1 expression and clinicopathological features of SACC was analyzed. SPSS13.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The expression of GSTP1 in SACC tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tumor tissues (P <0.05). In SACC tumor tissues, the expression of GSTP1 was significantly correlated with histological grade (P <0.05), and higher in histological grade 3 than in grades 1 and 2. In histological grade 1, GSTP1 was mainly expressed in the nucleus, but with the histological grade increased, GSTP1 expression was significantly increased in the cytoplasm (P = 0.022). Conclusion: The high expression of GSTP1 and its expression in different parts of tumor cells are related to the occurrence of SACC and tumor cell differentiation.
