转炉炼钢产生的炉渣,是制造硅酸盐水泥的宝贵材料。但其f-CaO含量较高,影响水泥质量。降低f-CaO的主要措施,是改进炼钢的造渣制度,提高石灰质量和操作水平,尤其要尽量避免用石灰作冷却剂。堤式热碎转炉渣,是一种符合鞍钢生产实际的较为先进的炉渣处理工艺方法。但在执行中要贯彻高温泼渣、喷水激冷的原则,以便尽量减少可能产生的C_3S(硅酸三钙)高温分解和β-C_2S(硅酸二钙)晶型转变,促进渣块碎裂,以利进一步加工。
