为减轻张拉整体结构的质量,提出一种张拉整体结构最小质量优化方法及进一步减轻质量的自相似迭代设计方法.以外载荷作用下的圆柱形张拉整体结构为研究对象,根据构件质量、材料失效模式的关系,提出以构件力密度、横截面积作为设计变量,结构静力平衡方程为约束的优化数学模型,采用线性规划优化方法对数学模型进行优化,并给出压杆两种失效模式下结构最小质量的选择方法;为进一步减轻质量,把三维T型杆自相似迭代结构应用到圆柱形张拉整体结构中,提出一种自相似迭代设计方法来设计一个质量更轻的张拉整体结构,提出有效替代空间概念,给出有效替代空间的计算方法.算例计算结果表明,最小质量优化方法及自相似迭代设计方法可以设计出质量更轻的张拉整体结构.
In order to reduce the overall quality of the tensioned structure, a method of minimum mass optimization of the tensioned overall structure and a self-similar iterative design method for further reducing the mass are proposed.The cylindrical tensioned structure under the external load is taken as the research object.According to the quality of the component, Material failure mode, this paper puts forward an optimized mathematical model with constraints of component force density and cross-sectional area as design variables and static balance equation of structure, and optimizes the mathematical model by using linear programming optimization method. Mode to minimize the quality of the structure; To further reduce the quality of the three-dimensional T-bar self-similar iterative structure applied to the cylindrical structure of the overall structure of a self-similar iterative design method to design a lighter quality of the tension The whole structure is proposed, and the concept of effective alternative space is proposed, and the calculation method of effective alternative space is given.The calculation results show that the minimum mass optimization method and the self-similar iterative design method can design the whole structure with less mass.
