自1972年7月至1977年底用头针治疗冠心病120例,取得了较好疗效,现报告如下:一、病例选择本组120例均符合1973年全国“冠心病”会议所修订的试行规定诊断标准。其中心绞痛103例,心肌梗塞12例,心律失常5例。男性78例,女性42例。最小36岁,最大75岁。多数病人有典型心绞痛症状,少数为胸闷不适感。每天发作数次至10余次,疼痛严重者含化硝酸甘油亦无效。心电图多有S-T段压低,T波
