建立国家公园体制,是中国共产党十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》在“加快生态文明体制建设方面进行重大体制改革”中的重要组成部分,特别是“用制度保护生态”、“健全自然资源资产产权制度和用途管制制度”和“划定生态红线”的重要内容。
The establishment of a national park system is an important part of the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee during the major structural reform in accelerating the construction of an ecological civilization system. In particular, it is an important part of “protecting the environment with the system”, “improving the control system of the property rights and assets of natural resources” and “delineating the ecological red line”.
