随着城市化建设进度的加快,高大模板支撑体系被广泛应用现浇混凝土工程中,在所有的模板支撑体系中,扣件式钢管高大模板支撑体系应用最多。但是这种结构设计和搭设过程中也存在一些质量问题,形成严重的安全隐患,影响施工进程和建筑物的使用。本文结合高大模板支撑体系承载力的相关影响因素,分析了扣件式钢管高大模板支撑体系的施工方案,结合质量管理提出了有效对策。
With the accelerated progress of urbanization, the tall formwork support system is widely used in the cast-in-place concrete engineering. Among all the formwork support systems, the high formwork support system of fastener steel pipe is the most widely used. However, there are some quality problems in the structural design and erection process, posing serious safety hazards and affecting the construction progress and the use of buildings. In this paper, according to the related factors of the bearing capacity of the tall formwork support system, the construction plan of the tall formwork support system of the fastener steel pipe is analyzed, and the effective countermeasures are put forward in combination with the quality management.
