1993年10月建成投产的洼一联合站隶属于辽河金马油田股份有限公司采油二区,担负着辽河小洼油田原油脱水及外输任务。现有员工84人,党员6人,团员7人。其中青工占了员工总数85.7%,员工平均年龄只有29岁。洼一联团支部从2002年至今,已连续4年被团中央授予全国“青年文明号”荣誉称号,连续9年荣获辽河油田“标杆联合站”、“优质低耗联合站”称号,多次被评为辽宁省安全生产先进集体,2004年获得辽宁省“青年质量安全示范岗”称号。浩浩苇海深处,洼一联已成为辽河油田一面鲜艳夺目的旗帜。
