本文基于俄罗斯文献和中国相关论文,归纳了国内青年馆员职业支持体系面临的挑战,并以这些挑战为出发点,介绍了俄罗斯借助“俄罗斯图界青年运动”和RLA“图书馆界新一代”分会建构青年馆员职业支持体系的实践经验。该体系包括青年馆员职业能力与发展青年人才工作指导机制,不等同于传统意义上的管理,而是一种注重团队创新实践、长效指导机制、创新引导训练、创新交流平台的推广实践。在此基础上,本文对完善国内青年馆员职业支持体系建设提出了相应的建议。
Based on the Russian literature and relevant papers in China, this article summarizes the challenges that the domestic youth librarians face in their career support system. Taking these challenges as starting points, this paper introduces the new concept of Russia’s “new youth movement” and “RLA” in the library world One generation "branch builds the practical experience of young librarian occupation support system. This system includes the professional ability of young librarians and the guidance mechanism for developing young talents, which is not equivalent to the traditional management. Instead, it is a promotion practice focusing on team innovation practice, long-term guiding mechanism, innovation guide training and innovation exchange platform. On this basis, this article puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to perfect the career support system for domestic youth librarians.
