1加强规范化管理,提升员工素质,构建农村医院和谐医院既存在外部竞争,也存在医院内部的竞争,这种竞争关系如果处理不好,就会导致人才流失,人际关系冷漠,工作效率下降,从而使医院整体的服务质量下降。1.1注重职工思想政治工作,加强和谐医院文化建设。要充分发挥党、团和工会组织的作用,引导广大职工树立正确的价值观念,保持奋发向上的精神状态,努力营造“和睦相处、团结协作、积极向上”的工作环境。
