目前,国家对教育投入逐步加大,免除了农村中小学全部学杂费,免费提供教科书,并对农村小学校舍进行改造和重新规划建设,这必将促进农村基础教育的又好又快发展。然而,加强农村基础教育,提升幼儿园、村级小学的教育质量,不应只是简单地加强硬件设施建设,还应加强软环境建设。农村小学改造不仅要建设漂亮的校舍,更应完善教学设备、充实师资力量。
