海南某部官兵难愈性皮肤破损感染89例分析与启示

目的观察海南西部地区官兵皮肤破损感染延迟愈合时间,分析造成结果的可能因素,为优化驻地医疗保障提供参考。方法选取2014年3月—2015年8月期间驻地某部官兵皮肤破损89例作为研究对象,对病例资料、治疗方法、愈合时间进行记录分析。结果离开驻地5例于8 d内愈合,驻地治疗26例17 d后愈合,45例于20 d后愈合,6例于25 d后愈合,4例于32 d后愈合,3例于32 d后转诊医院;不同治愈天数愈合情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论驻地官兵皮肤破损后具有难愈合性,建议开展实地调研,摸清病因,优化卫生保障方式。 Objective To observe the delayed healing time of skin-damaged skin of officers and soldiers in the western region of Hainan and to analyze the possible causes of the results, so as to provide reference for optimizing the resident’s medical insurance. Methods Eighty-nine cases of skin damage of officers and soldiers in a certain area from March 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the research object, and the case data, treatment methods and healing time were recorded and analyzed. Results Residents were treated within 5 days and healed within 5 days after resuscitation. Forty-six patients were healed after 17 days and 45 cases healed after 20 days. Six cases healed after 25 days. Four cases healed after 32 days. Three cases were cured after 32 days Referral hospital; The healing of different healing days was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions Resident officers and soldiers have a difficult to heal after the skin is damaged. It is suggested that field research should be conducted to find out the cause and optimize the way of health protection.
