近些年,德育工作的开展经常被提上教育日程,作为相对特殊的初中生群体的德育工作也被给予了特殊关注。目前,初中学校的招生规模一直都在扩大,学生素质参差不齐给教育工作带来了新的挑战和新的使命,初中生的德育模式急需进行一次大规模的改革,以避免传统模式下德育工作针对性若、系统性差等缺陷,并且把那些华而不实的德育论调转换为切实可行、能真正起到作用的德育理论。特别重要的是德育理论与实际的结合,只有这样,德育工作才能有效,才能真正为祖国培养一批有道德、有责任心、爱国守法的新一代初中生。
