我们在全区9个县开展EHF疫源地调查的基础上,对EHF疫源地类型及鼠肺抗原和其血清抗体检出率进行了调查,现报告如下。 一、家、野鼠EHF病毒抗原阳性检出率比较:全区9个县共捕获家、野鼠3412只,发现62只鼠肺抗原阳性,平均带毒率为1.82％。在1458只家鼠中,以褐家鼠带毒率3.16％为最高,黄胸鼠0.67％次之,其它家鼠未检出。在1954只野鼠中,以黑线姬鼠带毒率3.72％为最高,社鼠0.95％,黄毛鼠0.44％,其它野鼠未检出。
Based on the survey of EHF epidemic areas in 9 districts in the region, we investigated the types of EHF foci and the detection rates of murine lung antigens and their serum antibodies. The report is as follows. First, the positive detection rate of EHF virus antigen in both wild and domestic mice: 3412 domestic and wild mice were captured in 9 counties of the whole country, and 62 rat lung antigens were found positive with an average rate of 1.82%. In 1458 domestic rats, the incidence of poisoning was 3.16% in Rattus norvegicus, followed by 0.67% in Rattus flavipectus, but not in other domestic mice. In 1954 wild rats, the black-poisoned Apodemus agrarius was the highest with a rate of 3.72%, 0.95% of social mice and 0.44% of yellow rat, while other wild rats were not detected.
