医德是医院管理的基础。坚持社会主义的医德基本原则,对加强医院管理,整顿医疗工作秩序,实行优质服务都具有重要的意义。本文就开展医德教育对深化职工医院改革的作用和做法谈谈粗浅认识。
Medical ethics is the basis of hospital management. Adherence to the basic principles of socialist medical ethics is of great significance to strengthening hospital management, rectifying the order of medical work and implementing quality services. This article discusses the superficial understanding of the role and practice of medical ethics education in deepening the reform of staff hospitals.
