大连水泥厂开展社会主义劳动竞赛的做法是: 工会、行政共同主动发动群众. 行政上:(1)按期根据上级批准的国家计划,结合本厂情况,制定月季作业计划,同时公布关键课题;定期公布计划;发动群众抓住合理化关键课题,提合理化建议;通过试验、研究、监定和奖励,改进设备、劳动组织和修订技术操作规程. (2)提出竞赛指标完成情况,参加领导评比奖励工作. (3)保证竞赛中材料供应;领导解决竞赛中有关技术生产管理问题,并通过竞赛加强生产管理和提高技术水平;主办技术业务学习和技术业务研究会.
