技术经济是科学研究工作中的一个重要组成部分,通过技术经济分析和评价,可以为制定技术政策,为计划、设计、生产管理提供依据,并具有总结、明确技术发展方向,推动科学技术发展的作用。随着我国基本建设的进一步高涨,积极开展建筑工业化的技术经济问题的讨论和研究,更加迫切和需要。“建筑工业化的技术经济问题”一文,原为我所张琰同志在今年2月16日国家计委经济研究所、全国科协等四单位主持召开的“技术经济和管理现代化问题”讨论会上的大会发言稿,发表时已经本人修改,以供大家参考研究。
