Heilongjiang Bayi Land Reclamation University and other nine units of the multidisciplinary joint research team assumed the national “Seventh Five-Year” key scientific and technological project “low-wetland soybean mechanization and high-yield cultivation technology” project, on February 15, 1990 through the Heilongjiang Province Branch Committee appraisal, the overall achievement reached the international level.
